Is Cabot deck stain any good?
Absolutely the best oil-based deck stain on the market. It penetrates and preserves where applied. I did my large deck completely with 2 coats and the deck still looks brand new. If you want to use the very best then you want to use Cabot’s oil-based stains.
How long does it take Rust-Oleum wood stain to dry?
1-2 hours
Dry and recoat times are based on 70°F and 50% relative humidity. Allow more time at cooler temperatures. Dries to the touch in 30-45 minutes, dries to handle in 1-2 hours and can be recoated in 2 hours.
