Problem, as stated by most leaving reviews that I wish I read BEFORE I purchased, this trailer basically comes with NO WARRANTY, because the company does not stand behind the quality of their product, which is really shameful. We were on our third trip with our 10 month old Riverside Retro 177.
How long have you owned your Riverside retro?
We have owned our riverside retro since 2018. We had issues the first year but after having everything fixed under our warranty this trailer has proved to be a great one. It has been to Canada, through many of our National parks and to San Diego and back to Washington on a month long road trip!
Why should I not buy from riverside RV?
No quality assembly at all. materials low low standard, the persons that put this rv together without any integrity or craftsmen ship. Glue and caulking applied without any consideration for accuracy. molding falling off all over the interior, and much much more, sloppy. Don’t buy from riverside because all you get is a nightmare for to much money.
