What are Category B courses?
These courses are accepted by the Universities as suitable for students who want to go on to tertiary studies. Some courses are called NESA Board Developed Courses – TEC Category B and include the VET (Vocational Education and Training courses eg. Construction, Hospitality, Retail, Entertainment).
What does first in course mean?
First in Course lists the student(s) who achieved first place in an HSC course or VET examination and also achieved a result in the highest band (Band 6 or Band E4).
