How much does it cost to get into Mayflower Beach?

It is a large, clean beach with powdery, white sand and calm waters and when the tide goes out it is perfect for walking on and tide pooling. A weekly parking permit is $90 and a daily permit is $25 on weekdays, $30 on weekends & holidays.

Mayflower Beach’s beautiful views make it a favorite among visitors of Dennis. Because Mayflower Beach is located on the bay side, the waves are usually calmer than those at other Cape beaches.

While I LOVE the beaches on the Outer Cape, we choose to drive a short 5 minutes to West Dennis Beach. There’s a new restroom facility and outdoor shower near the end, and typically the beach is not crowded at all. And, great sand!

Are there bathrooms at West Dennis Beach?

West Dennis Beach has wonderful sand, spots to fly a kite and is great for a brisk walk. Bathrooms are available in multiple places and if you don’t pack a lunch, there is a snack bar.

Are there restrooms at Mayflower Beach?

Yes, there are restrooms/changing rooms at Mayflower Beach, probably the best on the Cape and brand new this season. There’s only one entrance to the Mayflower parking lot which is the only place to park to get to this beach as the other lot is Residents only.
