Open Native Access and log in with your Native Instruments email and password.
Click on Add a serial in the upper left corner of Native Access.
Enter your serial number in the dedicated field.
Confirm your serial number by clicking the blue ADD SERIAL button in the lower right:

Does Maschine 2 come with MK3?

Maschine 2 software comes with its own serial which is also true for Komplete Select/Selection. When purchasing a Maschine MK3 from Native Instruments you will receive a hardware serial for the Maschine and a serial for Maschine 2 & Komplete 11 Select.
