The DNA Bomb (also called the Manticore) is a secret killstreak in Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare. Unlike the Scorestreaks in COD: AW’s Multiplayer, the DNA Bomb can only be obtained and used after earning 30 kills in a single life. The game will continue on, unlike the Nuclear killstreak in past Call of Duty games.

There is no confirmation as to whether Scorestreak kills will count towards this Nuclear Medal, yet. It is also important to note that activating the Nuke Scorestreak will not end the game. It will kill every player on the map, but on respawn-based modes, it will not end the round and/or game.
