I am an international medical graduate (IMG) and completed residency in my home country. To qualify for positions in fellowship programs, applicants must have completed a core residency training program.

You can apply for fellowships in the USA however you need to remember 2 things; 1) it is comparatively difficult to get a fellowship seat in the USA because doctors who have spent years in USA doing residency will be given a preference and 2) also neither you can stay back in the USA nor can you practice in the USA.
